We are the official authorized service for heating, cooling and ventilation equipment with a focus on pellet and wood stoves and boilers.
Our history began in 2009. For the first few years, the company worked exclusively as a co-operator for other companies in the field of heating and cooling technology service. As a result, we gained considerable experience, technical know-how and, above all, an understanding of the needs and requirements of our customers.
Day by day it became more and more clear that the only way to achieve a high quality of service is through specialization. In 2014, we responded to an invitation to cooperate with La Nordica Extraflame, a global manufacturer of pellet and wood-burning stoves and boilers, for which we fully assumed the role of official and authorized service center for the entire territory of Slovenia.
Our commitment to specialization was also noticed by the Slovenian pellet boiler manufacturer Biodom, which awarded us the title of Official and Authorized Service Centre for Slovenia in 2016. In 2017, we were also awarded the title of Official Service Center by Cadel, Moretti Design and Eva Calor.
In 2019 we also became the official service for MCZ, Pegaso, Punto Fuoco.
In 2020 we obtained the relevant certificates and added the service for Diloc air conditioners and ES heat pumps. With the decision of the new management, the Biodom, Thermoflux, MBS program has been discontinued, but we continue to be the service for Centrometal stoves.
